The term turf relates to the care, management and maintenance of turf on golf courses, sports fields, municipal parks, public gardens, government and commercial properties and professionally treated private gardens.
Ornamentals is the care, management and maintenance of trees, shrubs, annual and perennial plants grown primarily for aesthetic purposes in nurseries (including both field and container grown), green houses, outdoor amenities, parks and gardens.
Forestry encompasses the care, management and maintenance of the commercial production of trees for paper, pulp, timber and other wood products.
Industrial vegetation management is the care, management and maintenance of vegetation at industrial sites including railways, airports, roadways, power plants and other commercial production sites.
